One of the highlights of my advisory work over the last eighteen months has been supporting the marketing, commercial and people teams at McLaren on several projects.
Formula 1 is the epitome of a sport where the quality and ambition of the ‘team behind the team’ makes all the difference. McLaren have been a joy to work with – one of the most impressive organisations I have ever come across. Team leadership have driven change at pace, balancing support and challenge in equal measure.
